De Zwaan consists of three different buildings with a total of 54 rental homes. Each building has its own entrance and appearance. For example, building A with a light gray facade of micro-concrete offers space for 25 rental apartments with large balconies. In addition, building B will contain 20 apartments. Here, the characteristic black details and the striking sawtooth roof draw all the attention. Building C will become one of Oostenburg’s eye-catchers with its sturdy facade of rusting Corten steel. This small-scale complex will house 9 apartments, of which the penthouse has a spacious roof terrace.
