I want to rent an apartment. What should I do?

If you are interested in one of the apartments, you can register via the website: https://ikwilhurenopoostenburg.nl/ and then go to register. You will also find more information about the project and the current offer here. If we can assign you a home, we will contact you. If you have any other questions, you can contact us by phone. Income data and documents

Is home sharing allowed?

This is allowed for a maximum of 2 people. Everyone is jointly and severally liable for the obligations arising from the rental agreement

Where can I find the registration form?

This form can be completed via the website under the “SIGN UP” button at the bottom of the webpage

Which documents should I upload with the registration form?

Paid service? Then you have to deliver: – 3 salary slips – Recent employer’s statement (not older than 1 month) – 3 copies of bank statements showing three salary deposits – Annual statement (if available) – Extract from BKR (www.bkr.nl) – Copy of residence permit (if from abroad) Pension/AOW? Then you have to deliver: – Annual statement of your pension and/or AOW – Copy of bank statement showing the deposit of pension and/or AOW Entrepreneur? Then you have to deliver: – Recent Chamber of Commerce extract (not older than 3 months). – Annual figures for the past 2 years (prior to the lease) prepared by an accountant/administration office.

Can parents or third parties act as guarantors if the income conditions are not met?

This is possible by means of a guarantee/guarantee and an income or capital test.

What is the minimum rental period?

The apartments are rented out for a minimum of 12 months. We calculate from the commencement date of the rental agreement. After that, you can terminate the rental agreement as of the first of the month with due observance of a notice period of one full calendar month.

What is not included in the rental price?

The costs for a parking space, water, energy, electricity, internet and TV and service costs.

Do service charges apply?

Service charges apply. These amount to approximately € 60 per month.

The Apartments

How will the kitchens be delivered?

All apartments are equipped with a luxury kitchen. The fronts have a warm sand color with a wood-coloured worktop. The kitchen is complete and ready to use, including appliances (including a dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave/oven, fridge-freezer combination). A number of apartments are equipped with a Quooker tap. Most apartments have a cooking or work island.

How will the bathrooms be delivered?

The bathroom is fully tiled in warm tones and equipped with a shower with HRV, a toilet and sink. Some apartments have a double sink.

How are the walls finished?

All walls are fitted with glass fiber wallpaper and painted in white.

How are the floors of the apartments finished?

All floors of the apartments have a PVC floor in a wood look.

What are the ceiling heights in the apartments?

The ceiling height is at least 2.63 m and higher in some apartments.


Is there parking space?

Parking space is available in the underground parking garage located under the building next to De Zwaan. If you are interested in renting 1 or more parking spaces, you can indicate this in the comments field on the registration form or contact the broker.


How are the apartments heated/cooled?

The apartments are sustainably heated and cooled by means of underfloor heating, using cold/heat storage. All apartments have a unit and a boiler.

Is there a fiber optic connection in the complex?

All apartments are equipped with a fiber optic connection.

Is it wheelchair friendly?

Both the building and the apartments are fully accessible for people in wheelchairs.

Do I have a storage room at my disposal?

Each apartment has a storage room. This storage room is located in the apartment and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer connection.

Where can I park my bicycle or scooter?

Bicycle sheds have been realized at the rear of Blok 2B (De Zwaan) and on the side of Blok 8A (De Oranje) with sufficient space to park a bicycle or scooter. There are also places for electric bicycles.

How is the waste arranged?

The waste processing is provided by the municipality of Amsterdam by means of underground containers in the street.

How is access to the building and apartment arranged?

Your safety is important and that is why an advanced access control system is in place. As a tenant, you can access the building in which you live from ground level and from the bicycle shed with a tag.
